Update will not even start

Hi all,

I am experiencing a problem in one of the pcs I tried to upgrade to version 23.04. The "do-release-upgrade" exit without any specific error as shown bellow:

It's true that UEFI is not enabled, but is this the real problem ? Is EFI a prerequisite for 23.04 ?

I'm having a similar problem, but don't know how to troubleshoot. png1 I do the u[grade...png1 get this empty error! What do I do now?
