Terminal text to upgrade from 22.04

What is the Terminal text to upgrade from 22.04?. I like lts, but I upgraded another to 23.04 thro automatic & I like the look. On this box have to upgrade to 22.10 before it goes off support...

In the future, you might try capturing the text from the console in a different way. You can highlight the text, then use the right-click menu to Copy (or CTRL-Shift-C) and paste it into Kate. This should insure the formatting remains readable. Also, enclosing an amount of text this large in CODE or QUOTE tags also makes it much more manageable.

I really can't read this wall of text, sorry - but Hirsute Hippo is 21.04 and support for this ended in January 2022.
So I wonder why there are entries without "#" in front of them at all for it in your /etc/apt/sources.list or your files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d …

Yes, I would comment them out (and try again).
To be sure everything is OK you could also post your /etc/apt/sources.list or files from /etc/apt/sources.list.d here before trying again, so other forum members can have a look.
But please wrap it in CODE tags…

Kudo's to everyone for the help. i went through all the /etc/apt/sources.list or files from /etc/apt/sources.list.d files and hashed out hirsute and the upgrade went flawlessly. I remember when I went to 22.04 I had to ad hirsute to a lot of text files. Little did I know it would bite me back when I did the upgrade. I decided to upgrade before...(long before) to avoid running into problems in a panic. That is why I did the upgrade now and am going to the 23.04 now as well. I'm gonna keep this and all my KUBU boxes on the latest O/S. Once again! TYVM
