" Firefox do not have permission to access web".

I have Firefox wired connected to a Netgear router to internet and after I have tested to install firewall it ended with a nonfunction system. I got an error text : " Firefox do not have permission to access web". I have tried everything I could find. Earlier the system was working good. What can I try now to get a working system. Sorry for my english.

Disable the firewall?

Windows no longer obstructs my view.
