Auto open of Dolphin?

Auto open of Dolphin?

When I plug in a USB thumb drive to my computer I get a pop up box that announces that I have plugged in a USB drive.
I click on "Open with Dolphin" but instead it opens it with Kate.

Where do I find the settings that will change the system so it will actually open it with Dolphin?

System--->Settings--->Removable Storage
