Question about Evolution mail filters

I'm setting up Evolution mail filters, but one specific email will not get filtered according to the rules I set up.
All other email (so far) have worked fine with those same rules.

The 'From' field (sensitive info redacted) is:
[sender name] <notifications+461ecbd7@em.[domain].com>

The 'To' field is
[my name] <webmaster@[domain]>

I tried filtering it according to:

• Sender
• Recipients
• Email address
• Contains/all of/any, etc.

For some reason it doesn't want to work.

View the problem emails RAW header content. What you 'see' in the displayed content may not be what it actually is. Viewing the RAW content of the header will allow you to confirm if this is the case.
