[SOLVED] the KDE-partition-manager shows only unallocated instead of partitioned space

    Dear all,
I wanted to install again a system in a part of my harddisk, but KDE-partition-manager shows me nothing.
I tried after booting from a Lubuntu USB flashdrive and after booting from a Kubuntu 22.04 USB flashdrive.
In both case, there is the picture you can see enclosed.

It might be usfull to recall that the last time that I have been "working" on the computer, it was because of
    https://www.kubuntuforums.net/forum/...er-a-partition

I would be happy to get help.

Did you do Tools > Refresh devices?

I'm not sure what you mean that you don't see anything. You didn't tell us what we should see. I see unallocated space that could be partitioned.

Thank you very much Qqmike and Schwarzer Kater.
It didn't do anything to click on refresh devices.
Yes, I should have written that the space should be shown partitioned.
Indeed Gparted show everything, even if it has been showing the warning:
"Invalid partition table on /dev/sda -- wrong signature 5d44"
        at the begining.
