[KDE] Can\t switch kezboard lazout

I can|t switch the kezboard lazout since the 22.04 upgrade.
In szstem preferences / Hardware / Input Devices / Kezboard / Lazout I have two lazouts defined.

I|ve added the Kezboard Language Switcher Widget, but it isn|t showing in the tasl manager toolbar.

Meanwhile I deleted ~/.config/plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc and rebooted, but still the issue persists.
