[CONFIGURATION] How to setup BTRFS an no UEFI and dual boot

Since 24.04 isn't working for me, I am returning to 22.04

Question 1 = BTRFS
I just went through usb booting, partitioning drive(was already partitioned) and I wanted to try BTRFS... ?? Elder Geek ?? .. Just because I could.
Q-How do I select a partition and setup or format BTRFS ?
-as I normally just select partition and say auto setup here.... I was not given the option to select Files System.. Kubuntu chose EXT4... I wasn't asked

Question 2 = UEFI
I didn't even realize it, but the grub was changed to UFEI... Oh and worse. It only finds 24.04.2... What I was trying to boot away from... I also wanted to keep the failed version of 24.04.2 just encase I found how to fix it.

Question 3 = Dual Boot on 15year old PC
As mentioned above, my PC is 15 years old. And the graphics card is a Gigabyte BV-N710D5-1GL. So 2015 purchased.
No UEFI. Just some old blue screen BIOS.

Q3- How do I setup a dual boot in 22.04... (Since I am now forced to wipe and start again)....... I will partition the drive
