If for some reason you want to use the LTS-kernel 5.15 instead, you have to (have) install(ed) Kubuntu 22.04.1 or Kubuntu 22.04.0 .
You can full-upgrade your system to Kubuntu 22.04.2 and the kernel will stay at 5.15 LTS.
On the other hand if you want to upgrade the kernel from 5.15 LTS to 5.19 you have to enable the hwe stack, which should be similar to:
