[RESOLVED] upgrade from 20.04 to 22.04

I'm trying to upgrade to 22.04 via the GUI but I get an error on the last 4 packages when downloading. Someone can help me? thank you
Here are the error messages:

I am assuming you have somehow enabled or added ESM support to 20.04, which does not exist for Focal yet.
You will need to undo that.

if unsure, look at your Software Sources tool in Discover, or post the contents of your /etc/apt/sources.list file and we can show you what to remove.

Thanks a lot for your help. the update went smoothly. I did as indicated I deactivated the esm.
