The sound on YouTube in Firefox is stopped and not muted. Can't seem to fix that and trying to delete files and folders I keep getting trash is full even though it's not. How do I just delete a file or folder rather than having to even deal with the trash can?

Blending two completely different topics on a single thread is a bad idea. It sounds more like a complaint than a quest for solutions.
I suggest editing this one and make it about one or the other, then start a second thread.
