New install no audio kernel 5.15.0-60-generic

When I booted "Try Kubuntu" from the usb disk I was able to use audio and my speakers were recognized. After I then installed Kubuntu the kernel was upgraded to5.15.0-60-generic and the audiowas gone. All that I could see under audio was HDMI and my speakers were not recognized. Device Home would be recognized but Device #2, Blogs would not be. So essentially I have no sound. How can I get Device Blogs recognized?

And if you boot into the previous kernel (not from USB but from the installed Kubuntu) the audio is working again?

I am working from newly installed Kubuntu 22.04 and seem to have the same lack of audio. Dummy audio only. HDMI is connected but not in my audio profiles.

I fixed it by installing an idle GTX 750 Ti I have and using the HDMI on it. (I think any GPU with HDMI will work)
        Now audio looks like this:
        Audio:
Device-1: AMD FCH Azalia driver: snd_hda_intel
Device-2: NVIDIA GM107 High Definition Audio [GeForce 940MX]
        driver: snd_hda_intel
        Sound Server-1: ALSA v: k5.19.0-35-generic running: yes
        Sound Server-2: PulseAudio v: 15.99.1 running: yes
        Sound Server-3: PipeWire v: 0.3.48 running: yes

        I have full HDMI stereo
