Ms Active Directory Authentication while logging in

    Hello all,

I am looking for some guidance on Ms AD Join for my kubuntu.

All done in the sense that I am able to run login command and provide an AD user, and get success on authentication, but when I do it on graphical it fails, except if I am boot my laptop without plugged on the net.

So, cache for account password happens, but something from sddm into the plasma fails and makes not possible to authenticate graphically, and since even disconnecting network after stands failing tells me that some PAM integration gets crazy/failing other way would not be able to authenticate even booting without net.

Anyone can point me a page for a needful solution?

    Than you,
    Sarraceno

    It's resolved,

    Just did similar to:
    sudo realm permit --all
    sudo realm permit zeljko.m@winlin.local mario.l@winlin.local
sudo realm permit -g 'Domain Admins' 'Users'

    And is working!
What make me some weird looking is why when my laptop off-line allows and why I was initially able to logon using login command.
Noted that during solution search I did remove from sssd.conf by commenting out:

    #services = nss, pam

in regard to messages on syslog.

    Hope this helps anyone.

Btw, my Active Directory is providing by using Zentyal.

    Br, all
