Burning files to a DVD using genisoimage / growisofs

Hi,

Does anybody know the Terminal command to burn files to a DVD and then finalize the disc (so no further writing can occur).
Also, is there a switch to make the burn setting at slowest?

Can this all be done in one line of command?

I have been able to make an ISO locally: genisoimage -r -J -o NewISO.iso /home/darryl/Desktop/FilesForDVD
