So, I have this Seagate Ultra Touch 2 TB external disk. For some reason, it has locked up, so I cannot get into it. (Win 11), and Seagate does not support it, and I cannot get into the software that should reset it to it's original state.
Fine, I can just as well use it with my Kubuntu box - but it is locked for that too.
Dolphin lists it as locked, and shows me just a tiny partition with part of the software for administering Win and Mac.
In KDE Partition Manager it is listed as 1.8 TiB (/dev/sdc/, but the only partition shown is sdc1 6MiB.
Is there a way to get around this? Get rid of the locking?
(No important data on the disk.)
