I have install kubuntu 20.22 and I have notice when installing thermal printer or any printer really that when I go to add a printer through System Settings or through http://localhost:631/admin when looking for the list of printer driver available I get a error "Unable to get list of printer drivers: Success" and so unable to any further. Any help would be appreciated.

Please clarify your installed version of Kubuntu. 20.22 isn't a valid version number.Windows no longer obstructs my view.

lpinfo lists the available devices or drivers known to the CUPS server. Can you try this command in konsole and tell us what happens? Please post any output even if it is still "Success". Thank you.
