    Failure to switch to tty

Hi, I enjoy the desktop environment of kubuntu 22.04 so far and found difficulties in switching to other desktop environment.
However, it has been bothersome that I would be unable to switch to tty with CTRL-ALT-Fn after a period of use in the desktop environment.
sudo chvt 3 (for example to tty3) did not work and make the system a little hanging until killing the process.
CTRL-ALT-Fn did not work in the unlocking screen, either.

I tried xev and only detected a keyRelease event but not a keyPress event of the functional key while holding CTRL-ALT.
However, the both keyPress and keyRelease event can be detected without holding CTRL-ALT.
At present, the only way to get the keys functional again is logging out the desktop environment with the expense of halting the processed work.
Is there anyway to fix it??

    My computer is ZenBook UX435EAL.

    Many thanks!!
