problem language es (spanish) SOLVED

Hi, I just installed kubuntu after many years with mate. Overall I am liking it a lot, but I have encountered a problem. The language seems to be installed incorrectly. I have tried reinstalling it several times, both by console and by muon, and by configuration-regional preferences. There it always marks that there are missing packages to be installed, but even though I hit the download icon, it doesn't fix it, it doesn't seem to install. Some applications are not correctly translated, that's the only problem I see.
How can I fix it?

Well... searching this forum and others, I have found a package called language support that has installed everything that was missing in the regional settings. Issue solved. I have taken the opportunity to upgrade to version 23.04.
