mirror the laptop KDE desktop to smart TV via HDMI

Hello!
It is quite easy to mirror my laptop to smart TV using HDMI to smart TV in mate or cinnamon.
which way I can do this in KDE?
I tried to play with display settings in Kubuntu but was not able to get mirroring
Any link to article?

if your laptop's dedicated function keys for this do not work, you should just need to drag one screen on top of the other in the configuration settings. It is sort of 'hard' to do this. I have to drag one monitor to be above or below the other (touching), then I can drag it on top of the other monitor. I can't slide it sideways to do this.
