Excuse me Please:
I have recently noticed that the chosen picture for my Standard User account has changed to a Kubuntu logo from the previous .jpg picture I chose.
Upon verifying the System Settings - Users, this user account show the expected picture.
I attempted to change to an arbitrarily different .bmp picture, no change, the Kubuntu logo remains.
Also of note: that the Administrator account user picture remains as it was set.
I also logged into the admin-privileged account to change said Standard User account picture, the Kubuntu logo remains.
What would cause this mysterious change?
What else can I attempt to convince Kubuntu 22.04 to display the chosen picture?
KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.92.0
Qt Version: 5.15.3
Kernel Version: 5.15.0-47-generic (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11
Processors: 8 × Intel® Core™ i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Memory: 15.6 GiB of RAM
Graphics Processor: AMD BEIGE_GOBY
Thank you for the time taken to assist me.
