How to display Icons by commandline on the dock bar ?

I am using Kubuntu 22.04 and Plasma 5.24.4
I would like to display an icon from the command line (script), alternatively a .desktop file on the Dock Bar.
Unfortunately, I don't know which commands are necessary here, and I can't find anything on the net.
Does anyone here have experience of how this can be made possible?
