Log-In Sound Not working Issue back in this release

Also to note, when in the configuration of those Notifications, when clicking the "play" button for the selection, it does play. Just doesn't fire when either of these notifications are supposed to be executed.

Try this on the Trash widget. Remove it. Log out/in. Add it back. Does it function correctly?

Not that it helps much, but it does seems that KDE fixed it in Plasma 5.25, using systemd at login to initialize the sound system better, though I am not sure if the trash sound also being affected indicates some other sort of problem, perhaps.

I had forgotten I had set a login sound to test it being broken on my system ages ago (neon), but as it is on 20.04, and on a version of Systemd that does not support this, it did not work.
Well, this morning, I am helping test neon upgrades to Jammy, and lo and behold, the login sound happened now I have to go and turn that crap off lololol
