There's a Kernel panic after enabling Proposed (237 packages) in Kubuntu 21.10. Kernel 5.12.0 only with secure boot disabled. Must be removed, may have to do with Frameworks 5.81 updates.
Mok manager got updated with regular updates (81) and not fixing the secure boot issue: Invalid signature for mainline Kernel, won't boot.
