OK so you shrink your c: partition then boot up in your kubuntu flash drive make a swap and efi partition and the root partition and boom but does it automaticly install grub / add a entry to the boot manager or when i boot up i wil be greeting with the windows boot manager or do i have to set that up myself (how do i do that) (also how do i get a home partition does that just come automaticly)

(I'm assuming that the computer uses UEFI and that Windows has already set an EFI system partition aka ESP.)
Yes, grub is installed and there will be a Windows entry on the grub menu, which chains on to the Windows boot loader.
If you want to have a separate home partition you'd set that up. Now, if you don't know why you want a swap partition, you don't need it, *buntus create and use a swap file if the OS needs it. I suggest you consider using btrfs, in which case you'd make just one btrfs that takes up all the space; the installer will put /home in a separate subvolume.
Whatever your choices, I suggest setting up the partitions before starting the installer, from a live USB session, using the KDE partition manager. I find it less stressful that way, because I can muck around and undo mistakes, and I've become familiar with the partition manager, a useful skill. Then, when you run the installer, choose "Manual" and set the mount point for "/", and "/home" if you have it.Regards, John Little
