Only assign the one that is on the Kubuntu drive. Don't even look at or touch the Windows one.

nvme0n is where windows 11is installed,nvme1 is for linux

We are not seeing nvme0n1p1. Look at that, and remove the mount point. Mark it as 'do not use'

but workaround make
unpluged ssd with windows
install kubuntu on ssd2
pc turn off
plug in windows ssd
boot in to kubuntu
sudo update-grub
and magic is there
windows have boot efi on own ssd(1)
kubuntu have boot efi on own ssd(2)
grub working

This was just the the hard way to remove the unwanted mount point for nvme0n1p1
