[XORG] Nvidia - Dual Monitors with different refresh rates?

Hello, I have an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 with 2 Monitors connected to it, a 144Hz 1080p Monitor and a 72Hz 1080p Monitor.
When both screens are enabled and I move the mouse on the 144Hz monitor it will be nice and smooth at 144Hz but then when I drag a window or use VSYNC on any application/game the 144Hz monitor drops down to 72FPS when the Compositor is enabled... This doesnt happen when my 72Hz monitor is disconnected, everything just works. Please Help.

It is a limitation of xorg and/or Nvidia, not specifically related to the desktop, iirc
But there are workarounds that may work, such as this:

There may be others, but this seems to be consistent with what works in Gnome, using similar environment options for it's compositor.

otherwise, try upgrading Plasma via the Backports PPA, using the latest Nvidia drivers (510?) and seeing how Wayland works, as this doesn't have this issue.
