In 21.04 with Plasma 5.22.4, Settings > Appearance > Colors has a color set, Header. I don't know when it was introduced, but Kubuntu 20.04 doesn't have it. The Help Center for Colors lists, in addition to Common Colors, the following: View, Window, Button, Selection, Tooltip, and Complementary. There's also mention of Window Manager Colors (accessible via Common Colors). But there's nothing on the Header color set.
Relative to default Breeze, changing just Normal Text in the Header color set from #aaaaaa to #ff0000 has an effect on the title bar; foreground, background and the min/max/close buttons are altered:
The same effect is seen in Dolphin. Additionally, items in the row containing the path and the split, search, and filter icons are also affected. (Items in the Menu row are unaffected as are the column headers.)
Is there some documentation explaining the purpose of the Header color set?
