Not able to see or access Windows 10 shared folder

I wanted to move some files from Kubuntu 20.04 to my Windows 10 PC. I shared a folder on Windows 10 and used " Map Network Drive " to make it the Z drive. With and without as Map Network Drive, " Network " tab on Dolphin is unable to see the shared Windows 10 folder.

I tried

smb://PC-Name/Shared%20Folder

and

files://PC-Name/Shared%20Folder

and that is also not working. There is no sign of a shared folder under " Network " in Dolphin but VLC app on my Android Phone in the same WiFi can see the shared W10 folder.

It would be nice to know how to see and move files from 20.04 to this shared folder. Thanks.
