Hello, Is it possible to have two time zones available to different user logins ? For User A and User B with different passwords and logins. I see that once I change it for an user, it changes globally across all users.

Time is established for the machine, not the user. If you need a separate clock for each user, because each user is in (or uses) a different time zone, those clocks would have to be separate from the machine clock. There may be a widget available, and installable for each user. The next brick house on the left

I guess anytime you need sudo, the effect is system-wide.
I use conky to display my local time, UTC, and EST.Kubuntu 20.04

I found the solution. Once you right-click on the time, there will be an option to " Configure Digital Clock ". On the right hand side, there is an option called " Time Zones ". There we can choose any number of time zones into the list. Once we hover on the time, you will get the full list of time based on Time Zone selected. You can also toggle the system tray time display if you tick the " Switch time zone with mouse wheel " option at the bottom on the " Time Zones " tab. The interesting thing about this kind of selection is that you can choose the same time zone twice and it will simply duplicate the time in the list. Good luck.
