Remove Open with menu when right-clicking

Hi!

Whenever I right-click in most folders, an "Open With" menu appears. I seriously want to remove that xD
Is that possible?

I don't know whether the right-click (aka context) menu is customizable by the user other than by adding entries via service menus.
