[KDE] Unknown Open Collaboration Service API error when updating icons, cursors, etc

Whenever I try to update installed icons, cursors, themes, etc. through System Settings, I get the error "Unknown Open Collaboration Service API error. (0)" and the process appears to hang until I close the window. I can install icons, cursors, themes, etc., I just can't update them once they're already installed. If I want to update, I have to first uninstall and then install.

I searched for solutions, and most indicate that this happens when the KDE store goes offline, but it's obviously not offline if I can still browse and install items through System Settings.

    Any ideas?

It may be online, but there could be an issue with the server infrastructure or database that the store is using for this.
Unfortunately, imt is fairly common thing,, though it happens less often than it used to.
I am not seeing this myself, but only because I don't have anything upgraeable on any of my systems at the moment.
