I can no longer print a text file from the command line . The cups filter 'texttopdf' fails with
INFO: texttopdf (PID 7076) started.
Unsupported OTF font / glyf table
cupsfilter: fontembed/sfnt.c:651: otf_get_width: Assertion `0' failed.
ERROR: texttopdf (PID 7076) crashed on signal 6
I was simply doing 'cat /etc/fstab | lp'
If I look at the file in Firefox and then tell it (Firefox) to print it works . I guess thats a workaround (have Firefox convert the text to pdf)
cups info
cups/focal-updates,focal-security,now 2.3.1-9ubuntu1.1 amd64 [installed,automatic]
cups/focal 2.3.1-9ubuntu1 amd64
There is all ready a 'fix' found here
