Language settings Lost in Regional Settings

Hello

I ran Bleachbit and forgot to un-tick the option for deleting the Languages under Regional Settings. I have now lost all of the languages. The only one left is the American English I would want to re-install and have British English.

sudo apt install language-pack-kde-en

Libre Office and Thunderbird UK language packs end in en-gb

says is installed already. Weird when I next to a re-install I must remember to uncheck that option in Bleachbit.
