So I found some time today and finally did the "do-release-upgrade" on my Kubuntu-18.04 install on a SSD with a whole disk BTRFS file system.
first I mounted the SSD at /mnt/test (an unmounted directory I have their for whatever) and took snapshots of @ and @home with @oshunluvr's dolphin service menu for such things
, then ran the upgrade
seams just fine so far
will keep the snapshots for a bit befor removing them it seems good to go ,,,,,,,just saying , yay ,,,,and hi to all ya I haven't typed to in a wile ,,,lol
