Filecheck on a lot of files at the beginning of installation ?

Same problem but it says 9 files have errors

I have been having this same problem with my USB stick. The ISO checks fine but the file check gives these errors.
I used UNetbootin to create the USB. After the errors I could run Kubuntu but I didn't feel good about installing it with
the errors present. I burned the same ISO to a DVD and that works fine with no errors. I will install from that.

Try different tools to create the USB, Balena Etcher is a good tool, as is Ubutnu's included creator tool. I find Unetbootin to be very unreliable with *buntu disks.

Yes, thanks, I used Etcher to recreate my USB boot device and it works fine.
