[SOLVED] Don't shutdown mi desktop Kubuntu 20.04

Hello Kubuntu Community,
greetings to all!

I have installed Kubuntu 20.04 on my desktop computer and I have the problem that when I shut down the computer it immediately reboots and is not shutting down properly.

I have tried different configurations with ACPI in the "/etc/default/grub" file, modifying the (GRUB_CMD_LINE_DEFAULT="acpi=force") line, I have also tried more things such as "net.ifnames=0" or (GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi=force apm=power_off") but it did not solve my problem.

I have also added in the following line in "/etc/modules" (apm power_off=1), then I have updated the grub using the command "sudo update-grub".
I have tried to shutdown from bash using the command "shutdown -P now" but still the same problem. I don't know what to do anymore.
The only way that has worked for me is to press the shutdown button so it won't start up again.

Was this computer running Windows before, and working OK?

An aside: It appears that the reboot issue is one that happens frequently as This explanation states, and others here A mobo part by part explanation is here Similar problems here here ... IOW, your problem appears to be common with that mobo.

Thank you for your comments. After see the links and the video sent, I have performed the configuration in Bios, change the option "Wake On LAN from S4/S5" to "<Stay Off>", the problem has been fixed. . Thanks again.
