[SOLVED] No menu in the application

Hello all,
I just installed the Kubuntu 20.04, but at the first expérience, I got a big bug.
No menu in the application, wtf
Here is an example in the Kcalc, no menu to change the type from NORM to scientist, for example...

[IMG]/home/pascal/Bureau/[/IMG] Lol, How come to put an image from my computer here, please..

Are aware of that?

May be a bad download?

Loading pictures into KFN:
Use the "Go Advanced" button to edit in the full featured editor.
Below the text portion of the editor is a button labeled "Manage Attachments".
Click it and follow the directions.
One you select the picture to be uploaded and click the "Done" button you will be taken back to the editor.
In the Editor toolbar is a a paper clip icon button. Click the tiny down triangle button on its right and from that drop down combobox select the picture. It will be installed where your cursor icon resides in the editor.

Hello all,
Thanks for your help, but the solution is quite surprising but simple...
I don't know the excat way in english, but i'll try...
Go to "System configuration", "application apearence", "windows decoration", "Title bar buttons tab", and put the "Application menu" in the title bar. very simple.
But how come it is not by default!!! If they want to get the "Disapointed people from the Window 7 lost", they have to be more perfect, it's a really simple thing that everobody want to do...
Using application preferences is verys usefull...
How come to put this post in "solved" way please?

Finally GreyGeek's got the right solution, actually, it missed the whole menu bar in all application.
I download it again and re installed it and it's ok by now.

Ok, I give you the last news about this topic.
Finally the problem did appear again, and I did not succed to know how it came again.
But I suceeded to solve the problem by using the default configuration in the "Settings configuration".
So, sorry GreyGeek, but it was not a bad download...

I'll keep you informed if I find somethingnew.

The Focal Fossa installer checks all its files when it boots. At least it does on my desktop.
