At work, I print from my office computer (Kubuntu 20.04) using a networked printer, shared using (I think) samba on a Windows server. It's EduPrint, if that helps. This has worked fine for two years: hit print, authenticate using organisation ID, go to printer and pick up. It has stopped working. I have not changed any configuration on my side, just regular updates, and IT support can't give me any details about changes on their side.
When I try to print, the print queue manager status says: Tree connect failed (NT_STATUS_BAD_NETWORK_NAME)
From googling, I have a vague idea that the printer name needs changing in the configuration (though I've not changed it from what was working fine for the last two years), but I would really appreciate some guidance on how to troubleshoot this problem. Thanks!
