[LAPTOP] Dual monitor, assign apps

Hi, I have a laptop with an HDMI out to a TV as an extra monitor. Everything works fine and the TV replicates the laptop screen. I have seen certain setups where people are able to assign different apps to different monitors. Like I can open a PDF in one and VLC player in another. Is it possible to arrange the 2 monitors that way using 20.04 ? Thanks.

Check out "window rules". Find them in system settings, or right click on the top left (usually) icon of a window or a tab in the task bar, and choose "More... ". Seriously flexible.
