Two-line title for taskbar windows

Hello. Sorry for my English.
I am using Kubuntu 20.04.
After a recent update, the taskbar windows titles were displayed in 2 lines as in the screenshot below:



This is convenient for me. But after another update, it returned back to normal, i.e. one line with "..." if the title is too long.

How can I restore it to show 2 lines instead of just one?

You can get more than one line if you adjust the height of the taskbar.
I think the moment when this changes from e.g. one to two lines will also depend on the font size and font type you use.
