[SOLVED] Task Manager - Multiple instances of open programs

Running Karmic and upgraded KDE to 4.4
The Task Manager is showing multiple instances of an open program, e.g., 2xFirefox icons, 2xAmarok icons, etc.
Task Manager settings:
Show tooltips enabled
Maximum rows 1
Group by Program name & sorting alphabetically

Any thoughts on how to stop this? Haven't found anything with a Google search.

Solved: When the new KDE 4.4 files installed, they duplicated the panel and I've ended up with two instances of the task manager running on the same panel bar. I've deleted one and all appears to be OK.
