after a program crashes and the crash handler notifies me. Until now, I've gone through and killed each PID associated with apport-kde one by one but I'm getting tired of not understanding why apport-kde needs so many processes.

I think there's something fundamental that I don't understand about "processes" because it doesn't make sense to me that chromium-browser has so many.

Somebody help me understand?
