    KDE SC 4.4.2: Congratulations!

Thanks to everyone who brought us 4.4.2. The back port to Karmic seems to be wonderful!

So far, so good. KDE 4.4.2 did resolve the problem with kdesudo.

I have installed it on Kubuntu and Mint Helena, both work fine thus far.

Good to know - I hadn't tried it yet. The upgrade was smooth on both 32- and 64-bit machines.

edit: Almost forgot - one small glitch on both upgrades. After the upgrade the konsole, dolphin and system settings icons on both machines were missing from my panel. Same icons, two different machines.

Noticed that with my Konsole icon. Easy enough to put back - K > Applications > System and click+drag Konsole to the Panel. No idea why the upgrade caused to to 'go away' in the first place.

Only other gotcha so far is the KDE developers apparently decided that I need smaller Dolphin icons than I had before the upgrade. Easily fixed, but got that on both machines too.

I decided to keep the smaller size on the netbook
