I'm having difficulty changing the margins when printing from Adobe Reader and straight lpr. The "default" margin for this HP LJ 4100dtn seems to be about an inch (on the sides and top) to maybe two inches (on the bottom).
I've used both the System Settings app (Printer Configuration -> <printername> -> Job Options -> * Margin), verified by looking at the /etc/cups/printers.conf file, and restarted CUPS (sudo /etc/init.d/cups restart), but in both lpr (of text files) and Adobe Reader (PDFs), the huge margins are still there.
In System Settings -> Printer Configuration, I've tried both setting and unsetting "Scale to Fit".
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
