[SOLVED] Could not access Samba configuration tool

I installed Samba and it is up and running but I could not access the Samba configuration tool nor in the System configuration tool (in advanced/system: the samba icon do not appear) or from the folders properties > share > configure file sharing (my system is in french so the translations I propose could not match exactly the real english one sorry).
The system is a fresh kubuntu 9.10 installation.

Here is all what is installed regarding samba

i  samba              - SMB/CIFS file, print, and login server for
i  samba-common          - common files used by both the Samba server
i  samba-common-bin        - common files used by both the Samba server
i  samba-tools           - Samba testing utilities
i  libsmbclient          - shared library for communication with SMB/
i  python-smbc           - Python bindings for Samba clients (libsmbc
i  smb4k              - A Samba (SMB) share advanced browser for K
i  smbclient            - command-line SMB/CIFS clients for Unix
i A smbfs              - Samba file system utilities

I do belong to sambashare group too and the smbd process is up and running... exporting some default stuff
