Firefox flash audio problem...

I just upgraded from 8.04 to 9.10 and now I am having sporadic audio problems in Firefox flash. The problem is the sound "sticks" kind of like a bad sector on a music CD. I can exist and restart Firefox and the sound will be perfect again. Then sometime later it will begin again.

Help!

This morning in Firefox, I opened a page that had 2 flash instances; one was video only and the other was both audio and video. The later started that audio repeatedly stuck mode, so I closed that window. A few minutes later, while not closing Firefox, I opened another web page with a flash with both audio and video and all was OK.

This is more than a little perturbing. I checked the flash version installed and it is 10.0.45.2 or in other words, the latest download available.

Again, this only happens in Firefox, or so far I have only seen it in Firefox. Reconq and Epiphany have been OK.

A temporary HotFix for Firefox:

Just go to Tools -> Addons and disable flash. Once it's disabled, re-enable it and refresh the page. Everything is back to normal and you don't have restart firefox.

Since I have a laptop, I have further narrowed down the problem. This Firefox audio stuttering problem occurs whenever the laptop goes to hibernate, etc. Again, this only happens in the Firefox browser.

Any ideas?
