The flicker is, I believe, an issue with Flash Player. Could someone offer a fix?

There must have been an update to FF 3.6. Flicker in the games isn't there anymore. Now it's kinda slow, hesitant.
Maybe I need to run a cleaner, like CCleaner in Windows.
