how to remove old kernels from karmic 9.1
Please help me with this one I have 8 choices when grub starts+xp, i have been searching forums and cant find anything that works for me pls HELP. i have old grub loader i have tried with deleting lines from menu list but nothing happens!

Assuming you have synaptic installed, you can simply "unmark" the linux-headers and linux-image packages that you wish to remove - for example the 2.6.31-13-generic. Then "apply" and they will be removed.
