Using KDE 4.3.2 over default Ubuntu 9.10 64 bit, and Firefox 3.5.7.
Today, KPackageKit tossed me an alert about an update for flash-plugin, flash-plugin-installer and related. Ok, sure, Flash has been quite a bit off lately, maybe this is a fix.
I installed everything, surfed for a while, quit Firefox, rebooted.
Now Firefox can't seem to play anything - wimp.com shows grey where the player should be, youtube also shows grey.
What should I do next - launch Synaptic and install that way?
EDIT: I rebooted once more. youtube works, wimp works. Why me. MLIA.
