For two of the three Karmic installations in my home the upgrade to KDE 4.4 went well. For my main notebook everything appeared to go well except for the LogOut/LogOFF plasmoid button.
On two of my three Karmics the LogOut/Lock button, when you click on the LogOUT icon, displays a LogOUT, Restart, shutdown dialog. On this notebook that RED SQUARE with the white ring in it, when clicked, displays a logout timer, not the shutdown dialog that has been displayed since I started using Kubuntu with Jaunty Beta 4.
The menu option KGear --> Leave displays a dialog that includes the red icon with the white ring in it, but it is labelled "Shutdown", and that is what it does. How do I get that behavior back in the plasmoid panel version of that button?
